The Kairos Fields
Initiative
A faith-informed leadership retreat taking shape in Virginia. A place set apart for leaders to rest, reflect, and return to their work with clarity and purpose.
Room to rest. Room to lead.
Leaders carry a great deal: teams, contracts, families, and communities. Kairos Fields is being built as a retreat campus where that weight can be set down for a season. Kairos means the right, appointed time, and the retreat is designed for exactly those moments. Kairos Fields is in development, and there is more to come.
